When Scully goes to Gallup, NM, she finds Albert Hosteen dying with cancer.  Diana Fowley has picked up Mulder from the university stariwell and we see her talking with CSM...and taking off her shirt (this is unecessary, CC! *L* ) Anyway, Skinner calls Scully back where Mulder has been put on the psychiatric ward, so she goes to W. Africa.  They show her a piece of the ship, and as she looks up, she sees that it's the entire ship embedded in the ocean.
